We provide on-site technicians for industrial (commercial) machine servicing. These visits take us to businesses, warehouses, factories, even barns and cruise ships.  Last week I (Mark) found myself inside British Columbia’s number one prosthetics manufacturer. The men and women behind the scenes in this firm are amazing. Smart, alert, and kind are a few words that come to mind. Sometimes when we’re onsite we answer operator questions. In doing so we get an idea how broad their knowledge of sewing and machine operations is. Usually a glazed look comes over the customers face when we’ve reached info overload … not with this crew. The young husband and wife team were alert and curious.

When not custom making prosthetic limbs this machine was pressed into “cobbler mode”.
